I've been trying to order parmesan cheese for going on 7 months. It comes in and out of stock just before my order ships. Ever single time. I'm beyond frustrated! Have been a loyal monthly customer for 4 years now, even through the tough times. I see a lot of similar complaints to mine and not a satisfactory response from Azure. I'm going to have to go to another outlet if this keeps up. Really wanted to support you, but you make it impossible.

my experience with this company has been terrible. waited for over 45 days and twice missed my delivery. Customer support is not at all helpful.

Love the products they offer and that there is no shipping fee for such large and heavy items that you’d have to pay elsewhere.

The inventory control is ridiculously inept. Most of my orders have had items that were missing, apparently given to another customer after I checked them out and the site showed they would be shipped to me. For a recent drop order, over a dozen items were missing, and then one of them when I tried to have it sent by parcel carrier was also missing so now I'm trying a third time to get it. These problems have straightforward solutions. Please hire somebody who has at least a vague idea of how to run an online store.
I have a grain mill and use a lot of organic wheat berries to mill my own flour and since I moved I can't find a local supplier of organic grains for milling. I discovered Azure Standard several years ago and love that I can purchase the grains I need without paying a ridiculous amount for shipping like I would have to elsewhere.
They are a reputable company with excellent products and employees. Thank you Azure Standard.
