Poor customer service and product changed to include inflammatory canola oil!
RecommendedI have been ordering at Azure for years and I am very happy with it. A coop with a healthy attitude and great messages. Yes, sometimes things go wrong, like everywhere, be kind, be patient and they will respond great. Truck broke down... got email and had to call as time wasn’t listed for drop location then I was given a time 30 minutes after location closes good thing I got there early as my drop would have been locked inside with no refrigeration! First time ordering and will be the last time!
Access to cottage industries is great - and trying different brands of organic food - such as ancient grain flour, keto or low carb snack bars, and instant oatmeal... all great! Also fresh kale, pears, broccolini... have had no disappointments!! Plus new products to cut down on plastic containers - like shampoo bars - we can all help Mother Earth if we really care.

Worst customer service don't care about customers. Whole order was package like crap and everything exploded to the point where even the box was soggy. They won't get back to my emails!
