Half of my order shipped. I got a delivery date, then it changed. Then I got an email saying half my order was out of stock. Then I got a 3rd delivery date. I called as I wanted to cancel since the thing I really needed was out of stock. They said the could cancel but they'd keep 10%. I asked if they'd waive the $5 shipping charge when it became available since I wasn't notified about it until it already shipped. They said no. Every single item I order is always cancelled and they tell me it isn’t in stock. All this even though the stock on line shows over 45 items in stock before and after a shipment. This is the worst model for service I’ve ever been involved with. I can understand using this model for perishable items but mine are not perishable. Charge me when I order and send the item on the truck. Pretty simple.

I would highly recommend you stay far away from Azure Standard. My daughter and I gave them another chance this month. We discovered this was a HORRIBLE IDEA!!! We had a drop about 3 years ago and had to close as we couldn't meet the minimum due to our people not being able to get items because they were out of stock!! This month we watched our orders so we could cancel if more than an acceptable amount of items were out of stock. It looked like most was going to ship late the night we could cancel. Don’t waste your time! Took my order then after two weeks of waiting canceled the order without ever letting me know. None of the employees I spoke with had any idea what was going on with anyone else in the company just a huge frustrating mess. They don’t keep any kind of actual inventory. They accept the order then if they don’t have what you ordered they just don’t ship you anything. No notifications nothing to let you know your order isn’t coming. Absolute joke of a customer service team.
If you order something it would be nice to get it, at least sometimes.
I have continually placed orders where when I ordered the item it was in stock and added to my shopping cart, and it even annotated how many items were available! Then, when they get around to packaging the order which could be weeks later, after it's been placed (cut off date and time) I was told, it never fails that half my ordered items are out of stock! Amid coronavirus panic raised all their prices by 10-20% to capitalize on death and sickness! Shame on you!

Mariya, the reason we've increased some prices is due to our suppliers raising their prices. We proactively announced this to our customers to be completely transparent about the situation. If we offer products for less than we are purchasing them, it would be difficult to remain a viable business. We aren't looking to capitalize on sickness, we want to stay in business so that we can continue to provide our customers with nutrient rich organic foods.
Azure offers a huge selection of products that I trust are the highest quality by the standards Azure requires anything they sell to meet. I am glad to support a family run business that does all they can to serve their customers!
