Where have you been all my life? Finally a cleaner that works but doesn’t have nasty chemical ingredients. Thought it would smell and work like a homemade solution, but nope! Works like a champ! I have been a customer for over 6 years. Up until this year, it was smooth sailing! I loved placing my orders online, deliveries were typically made by the same guy who was friendly and on time. I think I only had a couple errors in all of those years, and customer service was extremely helpful and resolved the issue very quickly. Unfortunately, this year has been a very different story. Just picked up my first order from my drop location. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Thank you to our truck driver who still made it out to us in Detroit super late tonight, despite having issues with the delivery earlier on in the day. This company is really something. I love that the boxes had a sticker explaining the sourced packaging, and I was impressed with how well everything was packed. I think you have a customer for life! I'll definitely be telling others about this company!!
Review regarding new text policy: I am very disappointed in Azure for beginning a text program without customer authorization. I find it invasive when large companies do it without permission, but as a small family run company I had much higher expectations of you. You need to change your policy and only text those who request it on their Azure profile. It was wrong to opt in all customers instead of give them the choice if they wanted to be contacted via text instead of just email.

Not sure how I would describe Azure Standard, but it can be interesting at times. It's like roughing it with Groceries, I like camping and roughing it at times for a nice adventure. If you don't mind rough it, you will like Azure Standard. Like camping, you have to plain a month in advance, you have to be flexible and helpful to others.
