They don't answer their phone. Medical staff, could care less about patient care. Do blood work, other test from lab never get back to you with results. Rude nurse, Rose. Prescription are not called in to outside pharmacy, I must keep calling to remind them. Don't come here!!!
Terrible experience. I went to have a first appt with Dr. Ana but I chose to not have the appt because the lady at the front desk was very rude. Also, as a self pay I asked for a good faith estimate for the total expected cost and she refused to provide it.
