I do not recommend WindowRama for 2 reasons 1) they scheduled an appointment with us for last Friday. My husband took the day off from work to be here. Just before they were to come, we got a call from the, so called estimator saying his car broke down. Things happen and we understood and rescheduled for today. 2) my husband took another day off from work and WindowRama never showed up. No call, nothing. This business is unreliable and my husband lost 2 days of work because of their unreliability.
Second review: I can't edit the last one. UPDATE: Spoke to the CEO today. He apologized over and over for the situation. I am still very upset however very appreciative for the call. He was very nice. I am hopeful this will bring some changes at the lower level. Thank you Mr. Alteiri for taking the time to speak with me.
DO NOT USE WINDOWRAMA. Liars. Bait and switch. Unethical. Obnoxious. Misogynistic. Strong arm tactics. Condescending. They absolutely don't understand customer service and probably don't care.
We had a horrendous experience with WindowRama. They are a very very very very bad company.
