My husband and I drove all the way down to Freehold Subaru from Northern NJ for my new Subaru Forester. I initially called their location, and from the first call to the emails and texts messages, were all professional. Upon going there, Yuliya Shvartsman, Sales Consultant assisted me with my service needs. Yuliya was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles, and my SUV of choice, the Forrester. Friendly, responsive dealership. They responded quickly to my initial request and returned my follow up emails and calls quickly. I ended up buying my car from them because their price was fair and their customer service was very good. Everyone I met at the dealership - especially Yulia and Shane - was friendly and helpful and they made the car buying experience easy.
Had price quotes from the internet manager, and that was honored when we arrived, no bait and switch or other surprises. A pleasure to work with, especially Steve U. our sales person.
