The property manager is a very rude person. Have friends living at summer place that hate it when they have to deal with her.
I signed my lease back in December last year & moved in January and The Breakwater is home to my very 1st apartment. The staff is great & always willing to help in any way! The pool & the gym are very nice features offered here! Overall this is a great place to call home
I love my new home at the Breakwater. We've been here six months now and it's been fantastic. Our neighbors are great and we've made a lot of new friends. The office staff is also amazing, and Cathy goes above and beyond to make us all happy!
Great place for transplants to Indy to feel comfortable and meet people. Amenities are beautiful. Very dog friendly, clean, and well maintained common areas. Location can't be beat. Walking distant to downtown and especially Mass Ave!!!
Axis is in a very convenient location downtown. The amenities are quite nice and the staff is always extremely helpful with anything and everything that a resident might need. Great place to live in a great spot downtown.
