As a new resident, I find the lifestyle offered at Axis to be first rate. I have lived in some of the best apartments/condos in Indianapolis including the Conrad, but I rank Axis as my favorite by far. In addition to the amenities, the residents are kind and the management company fosters an amazing sense of community that is rare in city living. Also, having a grocery store on the main level is more clutch than room service simply because your options are only limited by your imagination versus a furnished menu.
We LOVE Axis! We have been here for 16 months and just signed another lease. We are retired and Axis meet all our wants and needs, plus! We LOVE the staff, the maintenance folks, and the young people who accept us as one of them! Incredible home!
I truly love everything about Axis. The customer service from David is always above and beyond. The location, amenities and quality of the apartment home are fantastic! If I had ONE thing to complain about, it would be the Starbucks machine in the lobby...I don't get coffee every day but when I do, it seems like the darn thing is always out of order!!
We have lived here a little over a month and I couldn't be happier with our decision to pick Axis over any other place to call home!! Our friends and family say we live in a luxury hotel!! Everyone is so nice, the leasing office is always there to help with questions when needed!! Our dogs love living here and the doggie park is great for them!!! We are lucky to have found such a great community to call home in downtown Indianapolis!
