As a new attendant I absolutely enjoy it here at the Breakwater. I feel at peace the people are so nice. Either to office staff, or other attendants. It is Well managed, and kept very clean they are on top of everything. it's good to come home in peace.
I lived here for just a short time, but I can honestly say this was the best apartment renting experience I've ever had. Matt & Jasmine are the best! Very understanding & very helpful. The building is brand new, catered to city living (free starbucks coffee + wifi!) and the renters are all super nice. Extremely dog-friendly, easy nearby street parking, central location to nightlife & business districts, & surrounded by cool coffee shops. Couldn't recommend this place any higher.
My boyfriend and I live here and we absolutely love it. It is very nice and classy here. There is a gym room game room kitchen for everyone too have get togethers we have a computer room and a library we have stairs and elevators your allowed pets and it’s just nice lol. Everyone can be social and some stay too there own. Just depends on how you are and who you connect with. We ben here 1 week and it’s our first apartment � lol so we made a good choice �
I really enjoyed living here! The rent was reasonable, the apartments were fairly quiet, and maintenance was quick to respond to any issues. I’d gladly live here again if I’m ever back in the area!
Beautiful property, love the location. Amazing staff, and the 24/7 dry cleaning lockers are a great modern amenity.
Through all the ups and downs, shortfalls and emotional days and nights, when here 5 years later as my 1 hour allowed with my daughter a week we drive by and she says “Awwww, I miss the apartments and the Pool, remember Brian mom?!” More to live than . . . Drama. Thank you Summer place for existing as for me and my daughter, our memories are totally Priceless. Good or Bad, Good will always out-way the bad and you can never get time back. Make the most of it, do your best and the rest is history.
