Refinancing our home was quick, painless and without a doubt the smoothest process because of Jim! *** was awesome to work with. We were unfortunately stuck with a title company who wasn't doing their job. ***made sure they turned in their required paperwork on time and saved us so many hassles. I recently did a refinance through Jim at Axel Mortgage. As others have said, it was extremely easy! Everything was handled through email, which I personally like. Jim explains the process every step of the way so there is no confusion and any questions that you might have are answered quickly. I had to have an appraisal done, but even that was trouble free and easy. Jim was recommended to me by a coworker and I would definitely recommend him!
