I combine the answer to this question in with the next one # 8. Diana was very nice, as well. I'm not sure what you are wanting with the rating and review if it is overall or as for the Dr. only or the tech/service, however overall 4 stars. Very pleased.
The staff is very friendly,helpful and knowledgable. Brittany is always a pleasure to talk with. She is very through as a Hygienist, and does a great Job. Wendy is always helpful as well, when it comes to helping with appointments and financial and insurance coverage questions. Dr. Jay also spent time with me after looking over the x-rays and cleaning, to answer my questions about other services.
This was the first time I met Dr. Jay. I was very pleased. I am a bit confused, I know Dr. Hale had started a series of work on my mouth and it was not completed due to things happening in my personal life. I continued to pay until everything was paid for but I know not everything was done. will that still be completed with the new Dr. since it was turned in to my insurance? Thank you. Sue Baker (Bobbi)
Jessica is always wonderful. I would recommend her and the rest of the Avon Smiles staff to anyone. More evening and weekend hours would be very helpful with accommodating my schedule.

Wendy, dr. Jay and beautiful dental assts but can't remember their names! They went above and beyond by giving me a quick fix till my spot on Monday for a root canal and at no charge due to my circumstances! Total first class treatment and words can't express how grateful I am! Thank you guys!!!
