As always staff greeted me with a friendly and courteous smile and Hello. It was just a few moments before I was called back. My technician was very thoughtful and courteous and explained all procedures as she went about her routine. She made sure I was comfortable and she was very friendly. She asked appropriate questions etc. When we were finished Dr. Jay came in to look over everything and deemed all was good. Great service on scheduling. Always informed ahead of time what's happening. Very good dentist and professional staff.
Everything went very well, efficient and orderly. Options regarding my treatment were explained in detail. The staff, from the front desk to the chair were very friendly. Dr. Jay explained everything very well as the procedure progressed. It was a very good experience.
