Dr. Jay and the dental hygienist are really fantastic great work and pleasant environment
I had to reschedule a missed appointment and was able to do that within days. Because it is winter the cozy fireplace was comfortable for the short time I waited (wish the wait was longer!). I was happy to see a co-worker there, too! Great check-up.
Particularly like the fact the 'timing & duration of procedure' ( ie: drilling / scrapping/ flushing with water )is fully explained whenever it happens. ( ie: only be a few seconds more, then we'll rest a moment...etc) Nice job !
I appreciated being offered an immediate appointment since it was available and that worked out for all of us. Originally came in to reschedule a previously cancelled appointment but there was nothing available for me for several months. I was working but able to squeeze out the half hour to get my cleaning and exam right then. It would be great if Dr. J would consider becoming a member of the North Coast Chamber of Commerce now so I don't have to lie about why I was in the office!

Jessica is the best hygienist! She is thorough but gentle and does a great job explaining how to improve dental health.
