With the lot rent we pay i think they should take better care of the roads trim trees and treat the lawns
I love all the events they have for the children and it's a very nice community.
I live in the back and the only thing I would complain about is the potholes although they are currently working on it suprisingly enough. It is quiet and usually nice to sit outside and listen to the race cars.
Avon Lakes is a Trash Park, Ever since Debbie the So Called Property Manager(Straight from trailer trash USA) Talks to people like they are beneath her, My lot rent has gone up $40 in 3 years, with nothing changing except I have to maintain grass next to me and every Winter and Fall I rake their leaves and shovel their snow. $315 a mo. was pressing it, but now they are off the hook crazy to think this place is worth $375 per Mo. for this mosquito ,Drug and idiot infested place.
