It's a great and pleasant place to live Inless you live in the back of the park.. No respect from people that want to just sit in their SUV with their system playing so loud that it causes your dog to bark and you can hear it from a street over.. 10 minutes now I have had to listen to this crap.. So if you decide to move in make sure it's in the front of the park.. Also it's 10:00 p.m. and I can hear my neighbors music from Inside their home.. I think it's about time to look for another place to call home .

Office staff is unprofessional, rude and untruthful. Expect snide comments and judgemental behavior. Beware of this park's management standards! On a positive note, the community has a quite atmosphere and some truly great tenants. There is no crime I am aware of and no riff raff. The maintenance gets a little behind, but they are very friendly and will handle any issues you may have when they get to you. Shallow water and nothing but turtles biting.
Live here for 8 years, and every year we have problems with our air conditioner, literally every year! Here we are almost 4 weeks after telling the office it doesn't work and no one has been here to fix anything!!!! I pay almost 800$ a month in rent and yet I still have no air!! I have 4 kids and my house is 85 degrees!!! all I ask for us for them to do their damn job!!! They sure don't have a problem giving people citations on stupid shit but when it comes to them doing THEIR JOB they drag their feet!! Of course they don't ... read more
