Once again I will comment, maybe this time it won't be deleted. I moved into one of their rentals, and after a month I became very ill, and was hospitalized with pneumonia from the black mold in this mobile home, after my aunt informed the office of said problem they had us move into another rental. It hadn't been cleaned, but my aunt cleaned it and had them to do the walk through. We stayed the duration of our lease and we left the trailer cleaner than when we moved in. Stop the lies, cheating and not keeping promises
We've lived here going on 8 years and it's the same record over and over. They fine for various things and jack up the cost of rent annually. Debbie Jones (manager) is rude and thinks she is smarter than anyone else. She blames everything on home owners and doesn't take accountability for anything. I have a dead tree behind my house and I asked that it be cut down 2 years ago for fearing it may fall on my roof. The tree is still there. Just one example out of a hundred. Debbie Jones is the worst property manager this place has had in my 10 years. She is very rude and nasty when she speaks to you. She picks and chooses who she wants to harass and creates rules to fit her reasoning for the harrassment. Has no regards for medical issues supported by Dr. statements that she requests.
Called the office 3 to 4 times in less then a month because the ones that mow the yards continuously passes up the yard next door, the house which sets empty now. Like today 5/16/2018, they was out there next to the lot and mowed but still left the lot with the empty home untouched...
It's a great and pleasant place to live Inless you live in the back of the park.. No respect from people that want to just sit in their SUV with their system playing so loud that it causes your dog to bark and you can hear it from a street over.. 10 minutes now I have had to listen to this crap.. So if you decide to move in make sure it's in the front of the park.. Also it's 10:00 p.m. and I can hear my neighbors music from Inside their home.. I think it's about time to look for another place to call home .
