We are Coastal Georgia's first veterinary clinic devoted exclusively to the care of avian and exotic pets. Some examples of patients we see are: rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, pot bellied pigs, parrots, chickens, ducks, song birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, invertebrates, and pretty much anything else that is not a cat, or dog! I would like to say thank you so much to Dr. Wilkinson and the office staff. She has been so patient and always welcomes and answers my daughters emails about her rats. We had a sick little guy on our hands and she helped us through those difficult decisions. Afterwards they went out of their way to send my daughter a card to let her know they were thinking of her. Too bad they don't work with dogs or else we would take all of our pets to them!

A good doctor is a priceless gem. Dr. Willkinson is wonderful and so is Will. He had most of my questions answered before we were even called back! Very fortunate we found this place.
We took my daughter's guinea pig here today to get him checked out. They were so friendly! Dr. Wilkinson is so knowledgeable and shared lots of great information with us about guinea pigs! She even took the time to answer my daughter's questions about becoming a vet! Fantastic experience!
Dr Wilkinson and her staff are absolutely amazing! I brought my electus in and he's really sick. They respond very quickly and they give information that I can understand. I will definitely be using them from now on.
