RecommendedEveryone is very friendly and the office is clean. The Dr takes so much time explaining everything she found, and how to resolve the issues found. She makes sure you understand everything and takes the time to also type everything out so you don’t have to worry about forgetting anything. Her tech then comes in to go over the instructions of any medication with you to insure you have no questions and that you feel absolutely comfortable with the home care you need to give. I can not say enough good things about this place. I have three crazy ferrets and it doesn't matter if I'm bringing in one or all three they always take such great care of them and offer what ever help they can. I won't take my trio anywhere else.

I am a new ball python momma. Avian was recommended and I made a new pet appointment. After being thoroughly confused by all the contradicting information on the internet, I decided to stop reading and just wait to see Dr. Wilkinson. I couldn't have been happier with the visit. Will greeted Hemingway and I by name like we had been there a hundred times. Dr. Wilkinson was patient, encouraging, supportive, and walked me through all the steps of caring for Hemingway. I Love this veterinarian and staff, they listen and they are all so loving and caring!
The staff is so great they helped me with my rabbit Buns, and her passing as well as the care of my other Rabbit Gatsby.
I didn't know where to begin when my Leopard Gecko, Reggie, was becoming thin. I found Dr. Wilkinson online, was given an appointment time quickly and both Reggie and I had a wonderful experience! Everyone is so knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring! They take the time to call to check-in after the appointment and answered all of my questions. A week and a half after our visit, Reggie was back to hunting crickets/mealworms and is happy, chubby and healthy! Can't thank you guys enough! 😍🦎
