We are Coastal Georgia's first veterinary clinic devoted exclusively to the care of avian and exotic pets. Some examples of patients we see are: rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, pot bellied pigs, parrots, chickens, ducks, song birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, invertebrates, and pretty much anything else that is not a cat, or dog! The folks here are great! They did an amazing job neutering two of my sugar gliders and if it wasn't for them my other two tiny babies wouldn't be here!
We got our first chameleon almost two weeks ago and decided to get a wellness check. We had tons of questions and they spent so much time with us making sure we knew how to care for our Lucy. Very friendly staff and will definitely use them again.
So glad to have found Dr. Wilkinson. We adopted a mini pig thinking we had found a vet for him and we were wrong. She definitely knows her stuff and made us feel very comfortable leaving our Dr. Nefario with her. Will definitely ONLY use her for our little guys needs.
When my guinea pig became sick I wasn't sure where exactly to turn. I couldn't be more thankful to have found Dr. Wilkinson and her staff. They have gone above and beyond to provide little Alfredo with the most excellent care. It's so wonderful to see a vet with such heart and dedication to the well-being of her patients.

Excellent vet visit! We brought our rabbit to them to be neutered, they did an amazing job caring for both him and us! Will answered all of our questions without hesitation, eased all of our concerns, and explained everything we needed to know in detail, and Dr. Wilkinson even called personally both after the surgery and the next day to follow up. Couldn't hope for a better experience! So glad to have a rabbit knowledgeable vet in our area. We will definitely be going back for all of our rabbits needs!
I am so happy you are here! I have a Nanday conure and an African grey and y'all were so wonderful with them yesterday. It's so comforting for me to have you to keep them healthy. I was ecstatic to hear about Pooler get an exotic and avian vet ! It's the one thing the vet community around here really needed. After meeting Dr.Wilkerson, I was definitly not dissapointed in her knowledge and care for exotics. My tiny leopard tortoise, Sgt.Murphy hadn't eaten in 2 weeks , and with a little TLC from Dr.Wilkerson, Will and intern Sierra , he was eating the same day by dinnertime ! Can't thank you guys enough ! Sgt.Murphy and I will definitely be back for checkups !
