My experience at Avery Ranch Dental from the time I walked through their door was extremely professional and thorough! Dr.Simon and her assistant were amazing! Dr. Simon has such a wonderful bed side manner and explained everything thoroughly, throughout my visit! My hygienist was excellent. She took time and even went to grab the dentist to show where my concerned area was. However, I wish I had more detailed explanation of the plan of care by the dentist. What is the plan for my sensitive tooth?
I've been a client for about 10 years and have been very pleased with the service.
little problem at first with the cost of the month guard because they did not apply my insurance so I have to go back froward with these issue but I feel this should have handle much better. other than this everything is very good.
I had Kim as my hygienist, and she was very personable and friendly.
Anna (Hygenist) and Dr. Judy are fabulous. Look forward to my appointments (at least the routine maintenance ones). :)
You might consider E-Mailing "The Treatment Plan" to ensure a soft copy is also readily available. Overall very professional and friendly.
I would like for the dentist to perform more of the work. I don't feel an assistant fitting my crown is ok. The temporary came off 3 times after being prepared and seated by an assistant. Not ok! I wonder what my insurance would say?
My hygienist was super sweet and fast!
