There were issues scheduling my appointment that could have been avoided. My appointment was cancelled due to the time slot being no longer available a few weeks before my originally scheduled time. I had a difficult time getting a new appointment scheduled in the same month even though I scheduled initially 6 months prior. Given the practice cancelled the appointment, accommodating on the revised time seems appropriate.
Great experience, top to bottom. Would highly recommend.
I love this place. Dr. Simon has done so much to help me get my dental needs taken care of. I can't put into words how appreciative I am!
The person who cleaned my teeth was wonderful. She worked harder than usual to remove all my stains and my teeth had never looked so good after a cleaning! I was very happy with the end result and her extra effort.
I really liked the hygienist at this appointment. She was very thorough, cleaned my teeth exceptionally well while not causing any pain or discomfort. I also appreciated her tips.
I have always had anxiety going to the dentist but, the staff at Avery Ranch Dental make my visits very comfortable. My family and I wouldn't go to any other Dental office in the area. From the initial greeting at the door to the end of our visits, there is always a friendly face. Thank you for making our visits a pleasant one.
In the past, the dentist always came in to do a quick check up after my cleaning. I didn't see the dentist at all this time, and the explanation was that every thing looked good and didn't need to be seen. I thought the dentist had to always check jaw alignment, gums, tongue, etc. Didn't know a hygenist is qualified to do "exam" part of the appointment. I have some concerns about returning, and I have been seeing the dentist there x 6 years.
I refer everyone I know to you all!!!
