I was very happy with Dr. Flex and her assistant !
I sent an email right after my appointment explaining my concerns and my disappointment in my visit, not sure if you received it or not. Not a good experience with the new dentist at all.

Very professional staff. Smiling and courteous. I really thought Dr. Winn was very good. She explained things--why I needed them done and took her time with me.
Visit, personnel and services received were exceptional. No suggestions at this time for changes or improvements.
Anne (?) was my dental tech/hygienist on this visit, age she was very fun and pleasant to chat with.
I would like to say Garrie is awesome. I was very scared of going to the dentist and every since I started going to Avery Ranch Dental its been awesome. The hygienist and dentist i have seen are very gentle and understand me. I would definitely recommend them.
Love my experience. Wish I knew the name of the nice lady who worked on me. Did she introduce herself? I have no memory of her doing that and she did not wear a name badge that I could see. Wish she'd have worn one.
My hygienist Kim was very nice and made me feel at ease.
I highly suggest if you have a patient that will have a procedure done, call before ask them to have a good breakfast and go over again on what they will be getting done. I starved for hours because I didn't know what was going to happen to me. Common courtesy I guess. Also my dentist quit and I was not informed at all to see what choices do I have
