Avery Close is a good place for NC State students I have been staying in Avery close for the past 6 months now. It is a nice & cheap place to stay for students. A huge chunk of Indian students studying at NC State reside here. The apartment is pretty well maintained. The vicinity to the centennial campus makes it an ideal place for especially CS/ECE students at NC state. The only big concern is the manifestation of bed bugs during the start of summer. Avery Close is good place to stay for NC state students I stay at Avery Close for the past 2 years. All the apartments are 2 bedroom apartments with both furnished and non-furnished types.Some of the apartments at Avery Close are owned by Private owners rather than WPM. If you get a Privately owned apartments, you are lucky as they are cheaper compared to apartments managed by WPM.
