Spoke with "Wendy" said she was the HR Manager... A lot about a couple of things that I will be calling corporate over/HIPAA.... Very unprofessional company very rude "HR manager" if that was really her and if it was she had a very nasty rude attitude and kept over talking me and cutting me off. Home health agencies need to learn to be more respectful to people because home health is supposed to be about "caring" & "Respect". Avenues is a great organization if you are looking for a care agency that knows what they're doing. They were prompt attentive and ready to go in easing the process getting my mom set-up with them. We have a great caregiver named Sam that is kind, patient, accomplished and is doing really well. We have seen other agencies come and go- Avenues is a top tier choice if you're looking for caregiving help!
Avenues Home Care is truly an amazing provider for caregiver services. I appreciate the way they thoroughly screen their providers, the level of training they have them go through and they truly are dependable and compassionate. Home care services are a dime a dozen, but Avenues is truly the best of the best.
