I got a lot of work done on my first visit last year, unfortunately i have several bridges and crowns so the work done in your office was next to some of the crowns and bridges i already had. I noticed that the work done by your office affected those areas and now i may have to replace stuff that didn't need replacement but was affected by forcing the new crowns into the space next to it. I'm very displeased with your services, i paid everything up front, no questions, no finance. My expectation was a quality job.

I love this dental office. My only pet peve is receiving bills almost one year later - i pay my bills immediately. I should be alerted to things that typically are not covered by insurance companies.. . causes great frustration for me.

Courtney and the doctor both did a very good job with explaining what needed to be done. The telephone confirmation call was a problem, though. It said to press 1 to confirm, and I did, but it didn't seem to register, so it kept asking me to press 1, and it never seemed to accept it. My phone doesn't seem to have that problem with any other automated calls.

You are the ONLY dentist I have ever been back to. Today I need a root canal...& I actually slept last night with noooo nightmares! Thank You Avenue Dental Clinic for the best care ever. (I'm still a lil scared) I always recommend you to everyone I know!!!

When I come in for cleaning I deal with Robin witch is always a real pleasure. As for other services I don't get the information I think I should be getting. For example the length of time in the chair with my mouth pried open, what my options are. I had a very bad experience there a few months back and I was not very happy about it. I hear the techs waiting to borrowing equipment. Not happy to hear that..The dentist I was going to before would provide the gas they give you to make you feel more relaxed, I wish you guys woul... read more
