I thought Dr. Mahajon and Shawn were very pleasant, informative and they made the experience delightful. The receptionist was very friendly as well in person and on the phone. Only comment was this blond in the office that kept giving me strange unwelcoming looks, so hopefully she does not have to service me during my next cleaning. Asides from my last comment, I would recommend your establishment very highly. I also appreciated the follow-up from Shawn the following day.
I am pleased with my dentist. the only thing i don't like is putting that metal thing and rubber inside my mouth, it was uncomfortable and painful although i understand it is a must to have that when doing root canal. :( I was also pleasantly surprise to meet Dr. Mahajan whose husband was our primary doctor before his transfer. :)
Courtney, Dr. Monica, and Jamie were awesome! I would bring my entire family there.
With the Comfort of having coffee and espresso I would like to see a pop machine and would like to know if u have free Wi-Fi thank u c u in May

Courtney, the dental assistant in particular, was amazing! Very knowledgable, professional, kind and very friendly. This was in the Puyallup office. I'm going back to get my teeth cleaned and that's not even why I initially went in for! :) They make it affordable...thank you! Pam

Situation: New patient perio visit fir free teeth replacement teeth. Apt. time: 1200. Arrival time 11:51. Wait time before departing unseen by perio.: 1 hr, 30 minutes past apt. time - or 1:30.
