I would love to use you as my regular dentist but you're pretty far from me.
As always very good care. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
My scheduled appt. was with Dr Sharma but without warning a different Dentist worked on me. I did not like that at all, the other Dentist that worked on me kept pinching my lip and side of mouth with her instruments to the point that there was a cut on my lip as well as my mouth and I had told her she was doing that, also the damn they used in my mouth left the roof of my mouth very sore as well. She seemed to be more interested in explaining to a student was she was doing, I didn't know I was going to be part of a class.
First time i had doubts about quality of care. Tech had to repeat xray four x to see if cap fit correctly once because cement had not been cleaned. Then a different tech.came in and took t2 xrays of the wrong tooth. I will return again as cap did npt fit correctly so temp cap was placed and again there is a sharp edge that is making my tongue sore. Everone very pleasant and apologetic. The MD who saw me very professional. And helpful. Also the receptionist was great.
Well, everyone was friendly, i would like to see more of more of an explanation of what is going to happen and what to expect after the services, and before any major work is going to be done ask if the client understands and wants to proceed.
They did a great job. My only complaint was I left in considerable pain and was told to take ibuprofen I needed something stronger.
