I really enjoy living here- it has great amenities and my A5 unit has a spacious layout. Before picking Ave 80, I did a lot of research- go downtown or to the plaza & you'll pay much more for the same set up. The central location is hard to beat. I love having everything within a 15 minute drive of me- plaza, brookside, pv, leawood, etc. All of my neighbors & the leasing office are extremely pleasant & communicative, which is key in apartment living. I love my studio so much! Avenue 80 is always clean, very safe, and my neighbors and employees are so nice and helpful!
I have been here a week but so far so great. Everything new, nice gym, and their 5th floor is an open area that overlooks downtown O.P. Great for relaxing or work.
Breathtaking everything I want plus the perfect location!
Was here Sunday my buddy lives here. Pool was great for a while, but the water got a green yellow color after a couple of hours. No one got out to take a piss. Had to clean the grill b-4 we could use it.
I’ll keep this simple, Avenue 80 is AMAZING!!!!!!!
Love this place, The staff goes out of it's way to make you feel welcome!
