I have been living at Avenue 80 since November and these apartments are fantastic. From the resort style pool, sauna, work out facility, top floor lounge, and updated appliances, this is a great place to live. The management has always been really cool and I haven't had ANY maintenance issues. The location is also fantastic, right across the street from Downtown OP restaurants and bars.
I love my apartment at Avenue 80. The staff does a great job accommodating during the move-in and with any concerns. I have the smallest studio, but it feels spacious with the murphy bed and my friends love coming over. I haven't found an apartment like it within this price range in Kansas. It is in a great location and I would definitely recommend it.
Love the gym, sauna, pool, outside grills, coffee machine, and the sky lounge!!
Awesome new and hip apartment complex! Near just the right amount of shops and restaurants. Office staff is very friendly and maintenance crew is always on top of it.

This has for sure been one of the best places I have lived in some time. The staff is great, awesome amenities and everyone that I have met here is very friendly. A great up and coming community with lots of places to go in just walking distance. Good work A80
