Horrible experience living here! Dog waste in the hallways & all over the property. Loud neighbors at all hours, kids running thru the hallways daily, threatening letters from Mgmt over rules, constant construction next door, fire alarms going off & everyone evacuating routinely, couldn't use the oven in my own unit bc it set the fire alarm off every time, Maintenance unlocked my door & entered with no notice & for no reason while I was there alone. I love my apartment!! I love all of the amenities and the staff is always quick to help or address and needs. I really couldn’t ask for it to be any better!
Terrible experience, tons of turnover in the office, dog poop everywhere, stinky hallways, pilled up trash, no retail shops, threatening mass texts to residents, very loud environment, all the reviews left here were in exchange for money off rent. I have a daughter with special needs and we were forced to evacuate because of their fire alarms and extremely dangerous parking lot. I would definitely suggest checking out the new options opening up in the area.
Fun, safe place to live , with great people and amenities
We just move here a week. I love everything here. Nice clean friendly. The 5th floor patio was great. Dogs wash room is nice.
Highly recommended and in a super convenient location with amazing brand new amenities from the pool to the Peloton bikes to the sauna and massage room. You couldn't ask for more!
I love living here. I have never used ammenities at an apt. Complex before, but at Ave. 80 they are amazing. I have wonderful neighbors who I know by name, and have met many others at the pool. It is a fun, vibrant place to live and within walking distance to so many gems!
