i absolutely love this place, the management here are really friendly and helpful. great location and high end style apartment you won’t find any apartment better than this one in this area. Once you walk into this build lung it will makes you feel like you are step in one of those luxury hotels in the city of manhattan NYC or Beverly Hills. they even got a dog wash room if you have a pet. I moved in for a week now and I think it worth every single penny!!! It’s not just a apartment it’s a way or living!!!!!
These apartments are great! The very spacious, open floor plans give you lots of different options for decorating/ furniture styles. The pool is perfect for lounging on hot summer days and great for cook outs with friends and family! The staff is very accommodating and helpful in all areas and needs. Location is perfect for staying in he area or getting anywhere in the city quickly. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend living at Avenue 80! The units are spacious and have laundry in every unit (huge selling point for me)! The attached parking garage is gated which not only makes parking convenient, but also adds an extra sense of security. The pool is relaxing and always well kept. Any time I’ve interacted with the office and maintenance staff they have been timely, courteous and helpful!
Avenue 80 is a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious and luxurious. You can't beat the location as there are many restaurants/bars/coffee shops nearby. I highly recommend Avenue 80, you will not be disappointed.
On our way to go sign a lease with another apartment complex, we decided to check out Avenue 80. After a quick tour, we were sold and have never regretted our decision. The luxury apartments are immaculate and modern. The building is very quite overall. I work from home 2-3 days a week and I never get interrupted by noise from other neighbors. Avenue 80 has the best location! I own a business in downtown op and wanted to move close to it. I have been that crazy renter... I decided to downsize and then later realized I wanted bigger again. Most apartment complexes wouldn’t have worked with me that way avenue 80 has. They have been super accommodating in my moves and if anything needs repaired they are quick to get it fixed!!!!
