The instructor was a total nut job trying to give medical advice then refused services, I then went to a REAL nail salon to get a pedicure...will never return to Aveda again because of today and will tell others about them. SOMEONE fire this psycho she is short with glasses and brown frizzy hair who looks like she needs some help with her hair hah!!!! Worst beauty school ever
Not even a one star should be submitted. Tried to get a pedicure and an instructor who thought she was a podiatrist was examining my feet and giving me diagnoses that made no sense that even my podiatrist would've laughed at. They would not even give me a pedicure because of this psycho instructor lady's false observation. If they don't want to have a nail salon at the beauty school then just take it out, don't find excuses to not give me a pedicure. Two friends and I got facials this weekend by Bre, Jessica and Vivian. This was my first facial at Aveda and I was blown away by how much time and care was taken by the girls for us. Beginning with a foot scrub and ending with a "wake up ritual and finishing touch", it was a wonderful experience--better than most spas I've been to! Couldn't recommend it more!
I absolutely loved them . I left loving my new highlights and style
I LOVE getting my haircut here and everyone I've interacted with while getting a haircut, however the last two appointments I've made haven't ever made it to the appointment books or with students who are cutting hair yet...apparently they're too busy for us common folk. Be aware that when that happens it could possibly take up to a month to reschedule. At least that's what I was told on the phone today. So frustrating.
