My daughter and I get our hair done here quite regularly. The haircuts are always good and the students do a good job. However, the past two times we have gone, they have run out of time and not been able to do one or both of the haircuts, despite having an appointment. This is very frustrating so this has been our last try.
I went today for a haircut appointment it was my first time going to Aveda Institute. It was a wonderful experience. Christina was my stylist she did an amazing job. I’m so happy with the results. It’s a great place to go to. Thank you Christina C. You are wonderful.
Wow. As a past former client I have had no bad experiences... until now. With fifteen minutes prior to my appointment time I received a call stating I would have to be rescheduled. Fifteen minutes. I am a working woman and mom, so I had to make arrangements to not work and lose money, childcare arrangements and to top it off I was already present at the location after driving 30 minutes from Nashville. Why I, out of all appointments, was chosen to be canceled is beyond me especially since I had already arrived to the salon. ... read more
Shelby was my master student who worked with me on my idea about what direction to go with my hair. She got me super excited about going blonde and made me look like a bombshell. She had help from other students too which was cool helping them learn as well as helpful because of how much hair I have. I would highly recommend Shelby and the staff at Aveda for the fun environment and professionalism they portray.

Horrible customer service. I went in to buy 2 Aveda products. Sat at the register while 3 women just sat behind the register 3 feet away, not even acknowledging me. After 7 minutes (I timed it), I asked if anybody was going to check me out. They looked at me like I had 2 heads. I will never step foot in this or any Aveda facility ever again.
