RecommendedThere many things to recommend about Blue Bell Villas like the pool, gym, and club house. My number one favorite is my concierge Caitlyn DePasquale. She is my "go to" gal for everything from needing to place a work order to ideas about where to find stores etc. in the surrounding area since I am not from around here. Plus she makes me laugh and feel like I am part of a community. Add on the resident events she plans and it is a win-win!!
RecommendedThis place is truly lives up to its website. A good home away from home lots of light good amenities and definitely not depressed
I have lived here for over 2 years and don't want to leave 😍! its like being on vacation at a resort. AND whenever I have a service request, guest services or maintenance are on it same day- they wont even let me change my own bathroom lightbulb 😮😮. Cant beat AVE LIVING.
RecommendedWe cant believe we are here for 2 1/2years - It was supposed to be a temporary stay. The amenities AND especially the staff make it feel like home!! We always look forward to Yoga with Joni on Sat morn and Thursday night, the continuous coffee bar, spectacular new movie theater the all night gym/sauna and off course the Monthly Resident Reception! RecommendedBeautifully kept property, staff is friendly and very helpful. Joyce, the general manager, is amazing. She promptly resolves any issues you have and goes out of her way to help you with any problem you may have, no matter how small. Caitlin and jane at the front desk are the best concierges any company could employ. I've lived here for more than 5 years would live here another 50 with a staff like this. I highly recommend this property.

She's very Professional and Knowledgably Efficient a true Diamond in her field as well as an excellent surrounding staff Tricia Decker, Cassandra Dobutovich, Ksenia Kudryavtseva, Cris Unis, Angel Rodriguez and the rest of staff are the best A+.
