RecommendedMy husband and I moved here in June 2018. We are presently waiting for our condo to be finished by the end of the year. We are renting a furnished suite and couldn’t be happy!!! Living here feels like a vacation. The customer service is awesome. The entire team at The Ave is committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Poor service, lack of care for guest’s needs and poor communication
My honest review is contrary to two reviews below Expensive and not quiet Expensive and in not quiet area (major highway is nearby). Apartment is not spacious with an open floor plan and a small walk in closet in the bedroom. Maintenance is very slow to fix anything you need. I've have had many problems while living here. It's not a great apartment for the price. Not great apartment, I do regret it.
