Amazing place to live, we lived here for 7 years and it was a great experience. Staff is very friendly, place and facilities are so good. These apartments have a beautiful courtyard with well maintained view, our daughter used to play all summer here along with other kids.They do offer daily break fast on weekdays, swimming pool is very well maintained with an onsite swimming guard in the summer. AVE in KOP is an outstanding place to live. I would rate it a 5+ if I could. Beautiful grounds, the best pool around, the grills are plentiful and easy to work, and the service team is always polite. I highly recommend living at AVE in KOP...plus the adjacent Town Center is a 7 minute walk and has a lot of good restaurants, shops, and Wegmans. Location is perfect as the 4 major highways are right next to AVE.
We recently stayed at Blue Bell Villas for about a month. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were incredible and well maintained. The neighbors were super nice. I was very surprised how much closet space the villa had and how efficient the floor plan was. If you like the outdoors this is a very nice option! Tennis courts, outdoor lounge, barbeque area, pool, dog park, walk ways and the landscaping is really beautiful!

Finding the right apartment in the Bay Area is tough enough. Finding one to meet a special needs resdident in the middle of a pandemic, was keeping me up at night. I have lived at the Franklin Residences for 2 years, and have found my time here to be extremely enjoyable. The front desk team are always warm and friendly, and the few times I have had minor maintenance requests they have been handled swiftly and professionally. The monthly building events are always fun, and there is direct access to Di Bruno Brothers and Passero’s Coffee right from the lobby. Living at AVE has been such an amazing experience! This is my first time living alone and I absolutely love it here! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Danielle from the office has answered my thousands of questions quickly and with precision. The pool is AMAZING, the community is friendly and clean, maintenance responds to requests right away and has them fixed ASAP. The apartments are clean and spacious. I find it hard to leave!
