The best place to live! I've been a resident here for over a decade. AVE has made transition in my life an absolute pleasurable experience, and for all the right reasons. The staff is not only highly professional but is friendly and cares for each resident. The maintenance crew cares for the property as if it were their own. Great apartment I have been living here for two years and it’s the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The management team is so helpful and understanding. The maintenance team works so hard to fix any issues. I had to get my water heater replaced and they came and replaced it right away. I do not plan on leaving this place for a long time. We have monthly community events and they are so much fun. I recommend anyone to come tour this complex. It is a amazing place with amazing people!

Save your money and do not move here! Avoid moving here, for the price I pay I shouldn't be dealing with these issues! There is dog poop everywhere because people are too entitled to pick up after their dog and they double park overnight if there's no space directly next to their building which has caused me to be late for work multiple times because management will not tow their car to let me get out and allows residents to take their time to move it. Additionally with management I have had numerous issues with my sink and ... read more

Moved to AVE Somerset from Sydney, Australia (literally the opposite side of the world). Moving to AVE, however, made our transition all the easier. The amenities, facilities, and gardens are extensive and immaculately maintained. However, on top of all of this, the team at AVE Somerset are personable, genuine, caring, and incredibly accommodating.
Such a beautiful place and great staff-always friendly and eager to assist!
I have lived here for over 2 years and don't want to leave 😍! its like being on vacation at a resort. AND whenever I have a service request, guest services or maintenance are on it same day- they wont even let me change my own bathroom lightbulb 😮😮. Cant beat AVE LIVING.
We cant believe we are here for 2 1/2years - It was supposed to be a temporary stay. The amenities AND especially the staff make it feel like home!! We always look forward to Yoga with Joni on Sat morn and Thursday night, the continuous coffee bar, spectacular new movie theater the all night gym/sauna and off course the Monthly Resident Reception!
