Great place to live for 7 months while I was on my internship. Nice pool and BBQ area, free Starbucks black coffee, gym is small but they upgraded, maid service is really nice when you have roommates, and employees at the Ave were very friendly. Was really a home away from home!
Second time here and great to be made to feel so welcome.
Terrible too many people reside here mostly loud young college students who are too loud AND THE PARKING IS HERRENDOUS. PEOPLE PARK IN FRONT OF YOUR GARAGE AND ARRAND EACH CURB CAUSE NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPOTS. STAFF TOLD ABOUT THIS SITUATION ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BUT NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT.
It was a great stay at ave, the staff made the stay a home away from home really happened
My new best friend Brooke is amazing making the move a very easy transition from where I used to live
