Everyone was so nice. The doctor was great and had such a great personality. He got me fixed up in just one visit. No pain. No, having to go back multiple times. I would recommend to anyone.
I had no issues with Dr. Avant. I had some issues with the office, but I brought them to his attention and his reaction truly let me know he was 'a person first and doctor second' type of doctor. He took notes on my issues and personally addressed them himself! The level of care and attention he gives his patients should be the STANDARD for all doctors, but then his doing so wouldn't stand out. Not that I enjoy people cutting into me, but I am definitely happy to have him to do my future surgery or surgeries!
Everyone from front desk, nurses, x ray tech to Dr were kind and respectful all listened to questions and concerns
Avant was my orthopedic surgeon a long time ago, wayyy back in 2014-2015. Man I thought at the time that I would always suffer and be disabled, but after about 7 total surgerys- inserting hardware and then removing hardware, I remember intensely there was nothing that Mr. Avant would not at least consider for his patients. My hand needed to be fixed & it was fixed perfectly.
He was very patient with me
He went over the future procedures that might be in store for my finger in simple terms that I could understand fully.
Everyone was do nice, professional and informative from the front desk to the examination room to the xray technician.My time in the waiting room was less than 10 minutes and lobby was very clean and tidy. The biggest positive takeaway from my experience with Dr. Avant was his bedside manner. He is very warm and caring and conveys genuine concern. He took his time to discuss my injury with me and a plan of care.
Dr. Avant was a compassionate and professional doctor who explained the procedure and expected results..Would highly recommend…
