My overall experience living here the past two two years have been wonderful! My apartment didn't just feel like a student apartment, it felt like home. The staff always did their best to make sure I was taken care off. The resident events were always fun to go to and be apart off. The proximity to UTSA and the Block are a major plus! Nothing but good things here at Avalon �

The staff here are amazing and the maintaine is always on point when asked! Great location to UTSA as well. It was good living here
Lovely place to live! Super convenient, maintenance works hard 24/7, and the staff is the absolute best.
Very greedy. They make you pay for things that they are supposed to renovate anyways or the next resident when you move out. The apartment itself was nice but I will not recommend because of the management and the horrible parking issue.
Fantastic location! Great management! Exciting upgrades coming!
