I had a great experience while at Avalon Place. The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. And there was so much to do! Such a great place!
I was at the San Antonio property this past November while visiting my daughter. The property was clean and very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Avalon Place to any young person in need of a college home away from home.
My daughter and I took a tour at this property with Michael. He was very polite and knowledge about the apartments and the area. Enjoyed his excellent customer service he provided.
Being a new resident Marissa has been a great deal of help! With her excellent interpersonal skills and great customer service she holds it down. Other words she the real MVP. But that being said, Mr. Coffman is probably the best front office assistant I have gotten the pleasure to meet. Living in many apt complexes in the past he holds it down.
I absolutely love living at Avalon Place! The staff along with the community is so great and I cant beat the distance to campus! 10/10

I've lived at Avalon for several years now and absolutely love it! I receive quick service with maintenance and have had great customer service at the front, especially from Kelly- she's been nothing but helpful and friendly! They host awesome events with free food and I couldn't ask for anything more.
Avalon instead isn't all that great but when I talked to Albert he made the experience 100 times better. Without Albert i would not be who I am today!
