Move in was so great!!! Everything was spotless
After living ok campus and various apartment complexes around UTSA, I finally think I found a complex I'll be very happy with. I've visited Avalon plenty of times and am happy I can finally get to live here. The facilities are convenient to my needs and busy schedule as a college student and part-time worker. The staff was very helpful!

The apartments are honestly very nice and roomy, very modern and comforting for a really reasonable price. The workers at the place are very kind, welcoming and helpful. I will recommend these apartments to anyone I know that is coming to UTSA.
This apartment complex is not only exquisite, but quite fascinating. Not only is a lovely model home available immediately upon request, the lobby is open to experience. The design and layout of the place provides a caring and warm environment that facilitates a sense of "home" when away from home. Highly recommend.
By far one of the nicest apartment complexes and staff for off campus housing!
Avalon Place is amazing!! They have great staff and always have fun events going on for residents.
