Avalon's office staff is always very pleasant and were very helpful when my daughter moved in.
I am going to be transferring to UTSA and Avalon is going to be my new home. Best place I visited!
I love the employees and the vibes I get when I attend any event that are held here at Avalon place. Avalon place is a very convenient place, it's 5 minutes away from campus and has shuttles busses! I love Avalon place!!
I've lived in avalon for 3 school years now . They always have great free events at the office such as painting or free food give always . I've had my ups and downs , but I believe every apartment has those . Decent convenient place to live . Very comfortable in my apt . Love my room , closet and bathtub .
I highly recommend Avalon place for any one looking for beautiful, spacious, clean and affordable housing. The staff has been nothing but amazing. They are friendly, helpful and really care about their tenants. They are always hosting fun events and activities. I am so glad I chose Avalon place!
