RecommendedI really enjoy the apartment community. It is very peaceful and nice. I enjoy foodie Friday. The office is very helpful with any needs and the community is kept clean.

Avalon Place is an amazing place to live at. The staff, especially Jennifer Ramos, are very helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend Avalon to anyone who wants to live cheap and luxuriously.
Avalon is a great place to live. The staff is wonderful and nice! The amenities are great, especially the pool.
Avoid living here if you can. There are more fun apartments with much better amenities for roughly the same price nearby (Luxx , Aspen, etc.). The management is friendly enough but when something breaks in the apartment getting it fixed doesn't seem to be a priority. Also, the sidewalks and staircases are usually covered in dog poop/piss but if that doesn't bother you then you're gucci!.
