RecommendedThe staff here is so helpful and very pleasant. Christian from the maintenance team was walking toward another apartment and I asked him for help with my apartment. He was abler to quick look at the issue and all is well.
Great place to live it’s close to downtown and there are a lot of restaurants surrounding the complex. The down side is the pool is freezing temperature it would be nice if it’s a bit warmer to swim in it.
Great up and coming location. Apartments are updated and the community is safe.
The amenities are great, including the gym an pool. Walk-able to awesome restaurants while being located outside the main hustle and bustle of DT San Jose. Both Michelle and Sheana at the leasing office are incredibly helpful and do their best to ensure you residency here is enjoyable and convenient.
Moved into Avalon on the Alameda in Sept 2017. Michelle Sanders helped me with my paperwork and getting me acquainted with the community. The renovated apartments with new flooring, carpet, and appliances are very nice. Plus, the grounds were updated last fall, and everything looks great. I recently relocated to the Bay Area for work and from the moment I contacted the team on The Alameda I knew I was gone. From helping me move furniture to keeping me up to date on happenings in the community you couldn’t ask for more. A big shout out is to Michelle in the leasing office, she swooped in and put a food delivery in my refrigerator while I was on business travel...on a Saturday! Incredible location, great amenities, and a lovely space.
Noisy, old and overrun by students sharing small apartments. Maintenance and office team are nice but they can't keep up with what's going wrong here. Rents climbed to over $3,000 for a two bed with no security, noisy construction and limited amenities. Avoid.
