RecommendedEnjoying my visit with my son Alameda at the Cahill park. Have to mention Jacob and Jesus. Both extremely hard workers , always with a smile. Pleasant and extremely helpful. Thumbs up!!!!!
I highly recommend this location. The community and apartments are great. Well taken care of. Always taken back by how great the leasing office and maintenance are with their residents. I highly recommend speaking with Alaina in the leasing office , she is amazing in every aspect of her job. Thank you for literally all you do!

I've been living here for five years, and this is a long overdue shoutout. The staff is always friendly and always looks to provide a solution for all requests and concerns. I wanted to especially give a big shoutout to the maintenance team. Most recently, to Jimmy G. Moved into this neighborhood just a few months ago. My experience has been fantastic. I've lived in almost all parts of the South Bay, so I can confidently say this is one of the safest spots I've lived at. It's near DTSJ, so a lot happening in the area, but TBH this is pretty safe considering how close it is to downtown. I almost never hear my neighbors, neighborhood is really nice(aka a lot of great stores nearby), and Alaina has been super helpful during the whole process. I would highly recommend living here.

We’ve been at the Alameda for a little over a month now and have been throughly impressed by the level of professionalism and communication from the Avalon. Everything from the initial pre-leasing experience which took place virtually under shelter in place to move-in has exceeded our expectations. The staff particularly Alaina regularly keeps in touch and even does cool things like Food Truck Friday’s along with the occasional treat bags for your pet. We have just moved in and have not actually gotten settled yet. So far "Avalon on the Alameda" has been wonderful. The Apartment was very clean and actually nicer than expected. I will agree with others when they say you feel a sense of community. The office is very good at communication and regularly sends emails about any change or even just a quick email letting us know about the Food truck Fridays. We have really appreciated that. Such a wonderful place to live! The office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is fast and respectful of your space. The complex has a lot of great residents with a genuine sense of community.
Super friendly community and equally helpful staff especially Michelle Sanders who helped us throughout the initial documentation part as well as quickly resolving a number of service requests.
