I love living here! The office staff is amazing. I enjoy the neighborhood and the community is lovely. Rents are high but that tends to be most places but overall it is fantastic.
The staff is amazing. Responded quickly to all requests. Many thanks to Michelle in the office - always so helpful and many many thanks to the maintenance team, especially Miguel! He even came at midnight when we had an emergency. The apartments are well maintained and they made our stay pleasant. Also, very dog friendly!
Our thanks to Avalon employee, Christian Cruz, for going the extra mile and helping my husband retrieve his prescription eyeglasses after he dropped them through a stairwell crack and landed in another buildings' garage. Christian is a credit to Avalon's commitment to supporting and servicing its customers!
I've lived all over the bay, and there is no better place to live than Avalon on the Alameda. It's close to downtown, close to the airport, and you have super cool staff, like Michelle Sanders who will always make sure that residences are taken care of and treated fairly. 6 months ago, I made the mistake of moving to a different residence, and now I am kicking myself. I can't wait to move back!
