Not a bad place. I lived here for a year and people were friendly. Summer's get REALLY hot and I'm surprised that a newer building doesn't have AC. Even though it's a secured garage, make sure you lock your vehicles. I'm usually pretty good about locking my car (almost compulsive) but the one time I left it unlocked, someone got in and stole some items.
