RecommendedI live here currently. I love the location and today had an issue with the washer and dryer. Given that it was a day off for most people we still had a wonderful gentleman Mr. Rodney who came by and fixed the issue.

Staying here for 3 years now. PROs: - Downtown location, hence easy access to restaurants, bars, malls, cinema, parks, lake, grocery, etc. - Secured gates and access. - Good sized gym and yoga area with well maintained equipments. - Friendly, helpful and communicative management and maintenance staff. Avalon Meydenbauer is situated at a great place. Walking distance to safeway, cinemark and Bellevue Square. Apart from the location, the leasing consultants are really friendly and staff helps out on almost everything. Would like to call out Baha Amira, who helped us during move-in. He has been very welcoming. There are few things that I would say community can work on, keeping the lifts cleaner and smelling better. Newer appliances could be installed. Very clean, simplistic and close to food and transit.
If you are looking for an apartment to rent, I recommend look somewhere else. They shamelessly and greedily overcharge and raise your rent every time you renew the lease. And they did it even when the rental market is down (early this year). There are many apartments (old and new) out there that offer great promotions. Do your research and you will find a better place.
