Had a brunch there by the pool for a birthday party. Appetizers of avocado toast was great. Brunch was good and service was good except for the plates being cleared without asking if I was done. The valets were very nice .

The room was good compared to the price but we were just there for one night only. Great service that I can say it was a surprise when compared to San Francisco. No stuck up, great service minded, non judgmental attitude in all staff although this is right in the luxurious area. Two thumbs up.
A++ best hidden gem in LA.... and the food/vibe at Viviane is fantastic.
Worst SPG stay, canceled my room without permission (even though my reservation was still live according to SPG corporate), left me stranded at 2:30 am without a hotel and didn't help to rectify the situation. SPG members, DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY ARE LIMITED PARTNERS in the program and they will NOT meet SPG service levels.
A hop skip and a jump from Rodeo Drive. I spent my Christmas here after being displaced from the Ojai fires. I feel like Marilyn Monroe and never want to go back. This was her hang out. Just off the beaten path. Really enjoying myself. Staff is wonderful, ambiance is peaceful and Viviane”s restaurant is amazing. Best short ribs ever.
